Beginning of the career of Carlos do Natal Jesus as a tailor's assistant at the Alfaiataria do Aquiles.
1936
Founding of the Carlos Natal company along with his wife Idália Martins dos Santos (1st generation), on Rua Luís de Camões.
1940
Relocation of facilities to a building in Largo Srª da Boa Morte. Business expansion and start of wholesaling of fabrics and textiles.
1969
Construction of the new store and warehouse building in Rua Dr. Elísio Sucena.
1978
Opening of the store and warehouse at Praça Olga Morais Sarmento, Setúbal.
1983
Beginning of the career of Alexandre dos Santos Natal (3rd generation), Carlos do Natal grandson.
1990
Beginning of operations for the furniture coating department.
1991
Opening of the first warehouse, in Paredes, for furniture coatings exclusively.
1994
Relocation of the warehouse to rented premises in Borralha. Beginning of partnerships with internationally renowned foreign brands and their local representation in Portugal.
1996
Creation of our own brand of furniture coatings.
2000
Refurbishment of the facilities at Rua Dr. Elísio Sucena (store, showroom and offices).
2002
Land purchase and construction of a new warehouse in Zona Industrial da Borralha.
2013
Beginning of traditional burel production (100% national wool).
2014
Beginning of the career of Rita Natal (4th generation), Carlos do Natal great- granddaughter.
2018
Beginning of the new facilities construction in Parque Empresarial do Casarão.
2020
Inauguration of the current facilities.
2021
Beginning of the career of Francisco Natal (4th generation), Carlos do Natal great-grandson.
2022
Beginning of PET panel products manufacturing.
